El 1º de Mayo el pueblo de Santa Coloma, invita a su gente y alrededores a festejar en su plaza central, pegada a la Estación del ferrocarril, la Fiesta de la Torta Frita y el Mondongo, ofreciendo un amplio repertorio Musical y un Paseo de Artesanos (del lugar y Regionales).
